EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We are responsible for what we sell. We do not return or exchange accessories like Buttons, Linings, Fusing, Felts, Shoulder Pads, Threads etc. and Gift Vouchers. However in the event of our Suit and Shirt fabrics (fabrics/cut lengths and/or clothing material of varied quality and/or specifications) having any manufacturing defects/damage (and subject to the condition that they are not stitched, washed, ironed, dry-cleaned or handled/used in any other manner whatsoever) then we shall provide an exchange subject to receipt of proof of such defect/damage along with the return of the products in unused, saleable condition in its original packaging along with original tags and the original sales invoice within seven (7) days from date of delivery at the customers billing address.

• You may write to us at care@bespokezone.com and request a return or exchange.

• Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91-11-41687787(9:00 am to 8:00 pm), or at write to us at care@bespokezone.com, mentioning your order reference number.
